Your mission:
- “Making Mondi safe to speak up” is group-wide, global project aimed at improving the psychological safety, free expression of opinions and exchange of ideas, and productive use of conflict and disagreements within Mondi. - Specifically, this means you will…
- Provide expert input: Bring your expertise to the forefront, provide insightful, expert input to shape strategies and interventions.
- Co-lead the internal research project aimed at identifying barriers to speaking up, through interviews, focus groups and other methods.
- Develop and implement enabling measures: Work collaboratively with the project team to develop measures that empower Mondi’s employees to embrace and benefit from a psychologically safe work environment.
- Hands-on implementation and analysis: Play a key role in implementing project steps, such as conducting interviews and workshops across local Mondi operations. You will be responsible for analysing data, visualising results, and using these insights to drive further project activities.
Your profile:
- Proven expertise in psychological safety or general corporate culture development: We need someone who has not only studied the field but also has hands-on experience implementing related initiatives, preferably on a global scale.
- Strong research and analytical skills: Your ability to research, analyse, and present complex data will be critical in informing our strategies.
- Experience and proficiency in the design of trainings and other interventions is an asset
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities: As you'll be working with various teams and stakeholders, your communication and collaboration skills need to be top-notch. Excellent command of English is a must, other languages are an advantage.
- Pragmatic and result-driven
- Willingness to travel up to 30 % (nationally and internationally)

- Duration: unlimited contract
- Extent: part-time (min. 60%) up to full-time, 38 hours / week, all-in contract
- We offer a compensation package starting at € 56.000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
