Your mission:
- Analyze business performance data, identify gaps, propose improvement and corrective actions – in alignment with key account managers
- Project support – follow up on implementation of new businesses with factories
- Creating and implementing business continuity plans
- Support in complex RFQs, preparations for tenders and contract negotiations
- Collaborate closely on strategy definition and execution with the above market Key Account Managers responsible for the particular segments
- Maintaining and processing Mondi’s and customer commercial tools and platforms
- Monitor KPIs of customer plants (on time, in full, initial quality), follow and supervise corrective actions agreed
Your profile:
- First commercial / sales experience, preferred in B2B production environment
- Structured, disciplined and professional approach, being able to create relationship with internal and external stakeholders for major key account business
- Able to operate in international multicultural environment
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Computer literate – comfortable working with MS Excel Spreadsheets, MS Word, MS Outlook and computerized sales management systems
- Fluency in English, additional language skills are an asset

- We offer a compensation package starting at € 40,000.00 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
