Your mission

  • Support of the Head of Paper for Recycling (PfR) in setting up the PfR purchasing organisation for Mondi Duino Mill  
  • Implement procurement strategy and policy for the purchase of PfR in Italy  
  • Build up and manage supplier and other stakeholder relationships (Comieco) 
  • Negotiate with suppliers and PfR generators: waste management companies, retailers, industrial companies and PfR traders 
  • Prepare purchase requisitions, approval and issuance of orders in accordance with company policies and negotiated terms and conditions; prepare and manage purchase contracts 
  • Align with mill management on grades, volumes and quality 
  • Support the definition and implementation of inbound logistics strategy 
  • Cooperate closely with the international PfR team 

 

Your profile

  • Completed commercial education and/or a degree in business administration 
  • Preferable experience as a Purchaser of PfR for a paper mill  
  • Preferable complete knowledge of the Italian PfR market incl. drivers and legal requirements  
  • Market knowledge in the area of waste disposal / material flow management (nice to have) 
  • Italian mother tongue, business knowledge of English 
  • Project Management Experience desirable   
  • Exceptional communicator and networker 
  • Strong customer orientation 
  • Entrepreneurial, mindset Motivated and driven and ambitious 
  • Highly self-organized 
  • Willingness to travel in Italy mainly up to 80 % (if necessary)
